The immobilienmanager Award is one of the most established recognitions in Germany's property industry. It has been awarded since 2008 by an independent jury of senior industry figures and covers the full spectrum of the real estate sector. NeoCarbon was recognized for its carbon-negative cooling of data centers: capturing carbon by converting waste heat from digital infrastructure into value.
This recognition reinforces what we strongly believe: upgrading data center infrastructure for resilience is becoming one of the industry's most urgent priorities. As AI pushes energy demand to new highs, operators need integrated solutions that address both operations and climate impact.
At NeoCarbon, we use data center waste heat to reduce cooling electricity, resolve cooling challenges, and capture CO₂ and water from the air along the way.
