NAICO

NeoCarbon AI Cooling Optimizer

The software layer between your cooling infrastructure and our units. NAICO shows what NeoCarbon does at your site, and calculates the business case before anything is installed.

01The software layer

Between your cooling plant and our units

NAICO is the software layer between the cooling infrastructure you already run and our units. It models your chillers, dry coolers, and cooling towers alongside our units, and how the cooling load is shared between them.

The result is one view of the whole plant: how much cooling each system delivers, how much electricity and water it uses, and what the site gains.

02Digital twin

Your site, with and without NeoCarbon

NAICO's digital twin runs your site through a full year twice: once with a traditional cooling plant only, and once with our units added. The difference between the two runs is what NeoCarbon changes at your site.

01

Local weather

A typical weather year or a recorded year for your location, from a library of data center locations worldwide.

02

Local electricity prices

Electricity prices for your location, so the savings are valued at local rates.

03

Your cooling plant

The traditional equipment on site, from free-cooling chillers to dry coolers and cooling towers, as the baseline every result is measured against.

03Predictive layer

Control that looks ahead

NAICO's predictive layer anticipates weather, IT load, and electricity prices, and schedules our units and your cooling plant together. The result: optimized cooling, a lower energy requirement, and more revenue from the captured CO₂.

01

Optimized cooling

Each hour, the cooling load goes to the system that handles it most efficiently.

02

Lower energy requirement

Our units cool with the site's own waste heat. Predictive control plans their cycles ahead of hot hours and price peaks, so less grid electricity goes into cooling.

03

Revenue from captured CO₂

Capture cycles are scheduled to get the most value from the captured CO₂, without compromising the cooling your site needs.

04Business case

The business case for any site

Choose a location, describe your site and cooling plant, and NAICO calculates the business case: savings against an all-traditional plant, payback, and value over the project lifetime, together with the CO₂ captured and the site's water balance.

NAICO also finds the right size. A deployment sweep shows how the value changes with our units' share of the installed cooling capacity, and recommends the share that creates the most value.
