About the role
Work hands-on on real climate hardware. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at NeoCarbon you'll help design, build, and test the systems behind our integrated cooling and carbon capture technology, from lab rigs to containerized pilot units.
What you'll do
- Support the mechanical design of components and test setups (CAD, drawings, BOMs)
- Help assemble, commission, and iterate on prototypes in our Berlin workshop
- Run experiments with the engineering team and document results
- Contribute to design reviews with the engineering team
What you bring
- Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related field
- First practical experience with CAD and workshop tools
- A structured, careful way of working with strong attention to safety
- Curiosity and intrinsic motivation to build technology that keeps the planet livable
- Fluent English; German is a plus
