NeoCarbon Secured Multi-Year Offtake Agreement with Milkywire

NeoCarbon has reached a major milestone by securing its first multi-year offtake agreement for Direct Air Capture (DAC) carbon removal credits with Milkywire’s Climate Transformation Fund. This achievement marks a strong market validation of NeoCarbon’s modular DAC technology, which captures CO₂ by harnessing existing waste heat from industrial systems.

What began just three years ago with a handful of components on a lab table has evolved into a company that has built two autonomous DAC units and now signed its first long-term commercial agreement.

The purchase was made possible thanks to the support of Milkywire’s corporate partners, including Spotify, Klarna, Bolt, and others, demonstrating true climate leadership through tangible investment in next-generation carbon removal.

The selection process was highly competitive: 280 durable carbon removal suppliers applied to Milkywire’s third open call, with only 15 projects ultimately selected based on their quality, scalability, and catalytic potential.
